I joined the group of pilgrimage on the 25th at Divine Life Society, Rishikeshi, and from there we headed to Uttarkashi by jeep together.
25日にリシケシのDivine Life Societyにて、グループに加わり、
ウッタラカシまでジープで北進しました。
We have to cross mountains and mountains, and yes, the roads are sometimes so narrow and rough that even today back in Gurgaon, I felt surprisingly comfortable and quiet here.

In Uttarkashi, we stayed in a kind of 'modern' Gufa (cave) before Ganga river.
It is really pretty :) and perfect for your intensive practice of Yoga.
ウッタラカシでは、ガンジス川を目の前にしたコテージに滞在しました。

気候も良いし、ガンガの流れる音が聞こえてきて、
本当に、ヨーガ修行には最適の環境です。
So of course, internet let alone phone connection is very very limited.
But Swamiji told us that huge earthquake hit Nepal.
電波もネット環境もかなり限られていましたが、
スワミジより、私たちが移動中、ネパールの地震があったことを知らされました。
この7日間は、まず最初にみんなでネパールの被災地への祈りを
捧げることから始まりました。
スワミジは、グローブ・ハグ・ムードラ（ムードラとは指の結び方）と呼んでいましたが、
胸の前で、手を組んで円を作り、Peace Mantraを唱えました。
祈りを捧げることは最初の一歩です。
